Storage & Shelf Life
Treats & Chews: Shelf life is 4–6 months at room temperature. Store in the fridge for up to 1 year, or in the freezer for up to 2 years.
Supplements: Shelf life is 1 year. Store in the freezer to extend up to 2 years.

Note: Keep all items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, or transfer to an airtight container.

Our treats and chews are proudly PH made! Each piece is carefully sliced and slowly dehydrated to lock in nutrients. We craft them in small batches to ensure the highest quality for your pets!

We ship within 1–2 days via J&T or Lalamove Delivery. Metro Manila orders may arrive within the same day, while provincial deliveries usually take up to 3 days after dispatch

Shipping costs vary depending on your location. We offer set rates for NCR and provincial areas.

Orders are shipped via J&T Express and usually arrive within 2–3 business days.

For rush orders, we also offer Lalamove delivery.
